ADMIN CONSOLE – As a solo designer, I led the end-to-end design of a comprehensive admin console, featuring streamlined user management, bulk operations, and advanced IP controls that transitioned manual workflows into intuitive self-service capabilities and significantly reduced customer support overhead.
